Lake Ontario and the

September of 1996. The location
makes the Tug Hill Plateau Region
of
upstate New York the snowiest area east of the Rockies with the most powerful snowmaking system in the East - "Lake Effect Snow". It has become a recognized destination for thousands of Nordic skiers, from recreational to world class. This is the place where crisp cool air fills the lungs with unadulterated molecules as if to say this is oxygen done right. Salmon Hills is a four season resort and is known for a multitude of outdoor activities.
