The property and buildings of the former Salmon hills Outdoor Adventure Center located @ 100 Noble Shores Drive in Redfield NY have just been purchased by the Koch Family from Cut & Shoot Texas formally of Oswego NY. Rick Koch, wife Gina and Sister Kathy will all be involved in the new business.

While formally operated as a cross country ski resort the new owners plan on catering primarily to snowmobilers, fishermen and others wanting to escape to nature.

Conveniently located between Syracuse and Watertown just off highway 81, Salmon Hills is nestled near the beautiful Salmon River and Salmon River Reservoir surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest.

Facilities include:

• 3600 Sq ft log style lodge with bar and restaurant
• Eight spacious motel rooms
• Expansion to include several log style cabins
• Large covered pavilion for large gatherings
• Easy access to public boat launch
• Boat and Canoe rentals
• Snowmobile rentals

Salmon Hills is now in the re-construction phase modifying and upgrading the facilities and plans are to be open and inviting early fall 2012.
